I Found My Boyfriend's 'Lads Magazines'

"I was just a late developer. Add to that a rake-thin physique during the size zero fad era. Girls would accuse me of anorexia, boys would call me flat chested. I found my boyfriend's 'lads magazines' around 15 years of age and it cemented what I always feared to be true: boys only like girls with curves. It was only in my late twenties that I realised
1. Boys like all types of girls, and who cares anyway!
2. I had developed some womanly features of my own.
Such is the power of the mind, when I looked in the mirror I still saw the boyish figure I'd disliked so much in my youth. Now whilst some of my friends complain about their love handles, soft tummies, or breasts, I embrace mine and appreciate all the wonderful things that make up a woman."
